At Aivterly, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return guarantee (calculated from the date you receive your order). If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days to request a return or exchange.
Eligible Returns
You may return or exchange your order if:
- The product is damaged upon arrival.
- The product is different from or fewer than what you ordered.
- The product is expired upon arrival.
Return Conditions
- Only unopened and unused products are eligible for return.
- Items that are opened, used, discounted, or damaged due to customer mishandling are not eligible for return.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong purchase, personal preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), Aivterly will cover the shipping fee.
