1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within [1-2] business days after the order is placed. (Excluding delivery time for bulk orders)
  • Processing time excludes weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays.
  • If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, we will begin processing it on the next business day.

Order processing includes payment verification, product quality inspection, and packaging. Some orders may require a longer processing time (e.g., pre-order or customized items). In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Regions, Time & Costs

Shipping Regions:
We generally support worldwide shipping, excluding countries experiencing unrest or internal conflict.

Shipping Time:
The total time from payment until you (or your customer) receive the goods is typically 4-10 days.

Current delivery times for different couriers:

  • We primarily use the following international express services: DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT. Delivery time: 4-10 days.
  • Of course, we will also choose EMS, air transport, sea transport and other transportation methods according to the actual situation.
  • If you need help tracking your package or have questions about delivery times, we are here to assist. Please use the website’s live chat or email us – we’re ready to help!
  • For bulk orders, we can also arrange for goods to be held at our warehouse for pickup by your freight forwarder, or we can offer favorable rates for bulk air or sea shipping.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free shipping is provided for small orders.
  • Some products may not display shipping costs on the product page. In such cases, please contact our customer service for detailed shipping information before placing your order.

Please note:

(1) Estimated shipping times are for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to carrier delays, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen logistics disruptions. Aivterly Beauty is not responsible for such delays.

(2) Shipping time is calculated from when the package is scanned and picked up by the carrier, not from the date you placed your order.

(3) International orders may incur additional fees such as customs duties and taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility. Aivterly Beauty cannot predict or control these charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s status in real time on the carrier’s official website.

4. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for shipping errors, delays, or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

We can only ship orders to the address provided during checkout. For security reasons, we cannot change the shipping address after the order has been processed.

5. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed recipient pickup, or unpaid customs duties and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If you refuse a delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and any related handling fees.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you have not received your package within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please first check the latest status using the provided tracking number.

If the tracking information shows irregularities (e.g., no updates for an extended period), please contact us immediately at [your customer service email]. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.

We ensure all items are carefully packaged before shipment. If you receive a damaged product or notice external packaging damage, please take photos immediately and contact us within 3 days. We will resolve the issue based on the specific situation.

7. Worldwide Shipping & Legality
We offer shipping to most locations worldwide.

Please note that you are responsible for confirming the legality of importing ordered items into your country. We are not liable for items confiscated by local authorities or any related costs incurred.

Customs clearance is handled by the courier in the destination country (and sometimes in transit countries). You must be available for contact if they require additional information or confirmation. You are responsible for understanding your country’s import regulations before ordering.

Note:
Importing is straightforward in most countries! You may need to pay your country’s VAT (e.g., Sales Tax) and occasionally import duties upon arrival. In most cases, packages shipped from China arrive safely without issues.

Please read product descriptions carefully! We ship what you order. Although we manually review orders to detect potential regional or compatibility issues, we do not accept returns of functional products that were mistakenly ordered.
